The very first thing that the Sterling Institute of Relationship wants you to know is that you are in for a very impactful life experience. Because of this the Sterling Institute of Relationship needs to be sure that its rules and privacy policy have been reviewed by you. Important Information:

SPONSOR INFORMATION: In order to apply for a Sterling Institute Weekend you must have a qualified Sponsor (Men) or Big Sister (women) who is a graduate of the Sterling Institute Weekend.

The Sponsor or Big Sister will assist you in the preparation of the Registration Form. If you do not have a Registration Form or a Sponsor/Big Sister the Sterling Institute of Relationship will (1) send you a Registration Form and/or (2) provide a Sponsor or Big Sister. If you know a Graduate and wish for this party to play a role in your week-end there is a place within the Request an Application or Sponsor to let us know.

Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your request for a Sponsor/Big Sister or after completing the full Registration Application along with payment of ½ of the week-end fee you are not registered. Please call 510-836-1400 to confirm your registration if this occurs. Transfer and Cancellation: Should you be forced to cancel or if you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another conference. Requests for transfer must be received no later than 48 hours before the week-end conference you are registered to attend. There is no additional charge to transfer to another conference.

Registration Process: If you are a man, select the Men's Weekend. If you are a woman, select the Women's Weekend.

The Sterling Women’s Weekend: The Sterling Women’s Weekend center focus is with the emotional conflict between high demand corporate environments and romantic life. Learning to trust female instincts participants gain knowledge of how to bring them to the workplace instead of subjugating and adopting male models of behavior. I wish to attend The Sterling Women’s Weekend and I have read the Sterling Institutes Privacy and Policies.

The Sterling Men’s Weekend: The Sterling Men’s Weekend focuses on the changing gender roles of the time and the resulting confusion that men experience. The Men’s Weekend brings men back in touch with their abandoned legacy of honor, purpose, and commitment. I wish to attend The Sterling Men’s Weekend and I have read the Sterling Institutes Privacy and Policies.
